Job Description
EXP is seeking a highly motivated Traffic Engineer to join their Infrastructure & Transportation Practice. The role involves developing traffic and safety studies, preparing design studies, and working with other teams to deliver complex projects within the Orlando Office and across the Southeast. The position offers a chance to contribute to innovative solutions for built and natural environments.
Requirements
- BS in Civil Engineering from an Accredited University
- 5+ years of experience requiring DOT, MPO, and local government experience
- Licensed PE in the State of Florida
- Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification
- Familiarity with industry standards (NTCIP, NEMA, IEEE, NEC) and local authorities
- Experience with ITS and tolling systems design (preferred)
