Senior PHP / Laravel Developer

We are looking for a Senior PHP / Laravel Developer to strengthen our development team and take responsibility for developing software sustainably. The ideal candidate will have experience in PHP and Laravel development, good knowledge of object-oriented programming and web architectures, and a structured working method. Responsibilities include further development and optimization of existing Laravel-based systems, concept and implementation of new features and applications, and conducting code reviews to ensure code quality.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, mathematics or a comparable field - or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5 years of experience in PHP and Laravel development
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and web architectures
• Experience in developing long-lasting, productive web applications
• You take responsibility for code quality and technical decisions beyond your own code
• Structured, quality-conscious working method and team skills and self-motivation
• Experience with automated tests in the PHP/Laravel environment (e.g. PHPUnit, Pest)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and structured deployment processes
• Safe handling of version control (Git) and modern development workflows
• High awareness of code quality, maintainability and performance
