Senior Frontend Engineer (React)

The eRecht24 IT GmbH is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer (React) to strengthen their team. The role involves developing and scaling front-end architecture, conceiving and implementing complex features, and integrating REST APIs. The incumbent should have at least 5 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React, knowledge of modern JavaScript, and experience with TypeScript, state management, and component structure. They should also have a high level of self-responsibility, team ability, and technical competences such as safe handling of asynchronous data processing and integration of REST APIs.

Requirements

• Completed education or degree in computer science or a comparable qualification through practical experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on React
• Very good knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Fundamental experience with React, Hooks, and the component lifecycle
• Safe handling of TypeScript in productive applications
• Experience in the development and maintenance of complex, long-term web applications
• Experience in the design and development of front-end architectures
• Experience with modern styling approaches, preferably with utility-first CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
• Safe handling of asynchronous data processing and integration of REST APIs
• Experience with automated front-end tests (e.g., unit and integration tests with Vitest or comparable tools)
• Very good knowledge of modern styling approaches, especially with utility-first CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
• Experience with modern build tools and development environments (e.g., Vite)
• Safe handling of Git, understanding of CI/CD processes and their role in the continuous delivery of software
• High awareness of performance optimization (e.g., rendering, loading times) and accessibility (Accessibility)
