Director People + Culture

L'Ermitage Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Director of People & Culture to lead all Human Resources operations. The role is responsible for shaping the employee experience, overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience in luxury hospitality
• Bachelor's degree preferred; PHR or SPHR certification a plus
• Strong working knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, and California labor regulations
• Proven ability to lead with discretion, integrity, and sound judgment
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Spanish language proficiency a plus
