Operations Supervisor 1

The Operations Supervisor 1 is responsible for supervising maintenance staff, acting as site foreman for residential construction projects, and ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of maintenance technicians and field labor.
• Lead and manage on-site construction crews, acting as site foreman for residential construction projects.
• Coordinate schedules, monitor progress, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Conduct routine inspections and implement quality control standards for all property maintenance and construction work.
• Document all work and status updates consistently in CompanyCam, including uploading progress photos, assigning tasks, and noting issues.
• Train field staff on documentation protocols and ensure compliance with CompanyCam requirements.
• Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager 1 regarding project timelines, resource needs, and field activity updates.
• Participate in weekly check-ins and planning meetings.
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment used across sites.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies on a rotating on-call basis.
• Cover management responsibilities during the absence of the Operations Manager or Facility Director.
• Participate in unplanned inspections, compliance audits, and emergency response drills.
• Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned by Operations Manager 1.
