Co-Occurring Disorder Counselor 29

This role can be fulfilled either as a W-2 employee or by providing services as an independent contractor (1099). The Co-Occurring Disorder Counselor will provide outpatient substance use disorder treatment services to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Requirements

• Valid Maryland licensure
• Minimum 1-2 years experience working with dual diagnosis or high-acuity populations
• Familiarity with Medicaid documentation, CARF standards, and trauma-informed care
