Sr. Program Operations Manager - Chief Technology Risk Office

The Sr. Program Operations Manager reports directly to the CTRO and will manage a comprehensive organizational program that supports 2LOD IT & InfoSec Risk management activities.

Requirements

• Lead and manage the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning events, programs, policies, and strategies
• Exercise substantial independent judgment, administrative authority, and discretion
• Manage the 2LOD IT & InfoSec Risk functions through cross-functional coordination
• Advise on the development and implementation of workforce plans, policies, standards, and guidance
• Regularly interact with senior management or executive levels
• Manage internal/external 2LOD IT & InfoSec Risk related compliance engagements
• Define, create, and manage strategies for the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs
• Perform needed assessments and reviews organization resources
• Develop and document relevant metrics to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of 2LOD IT & InfoSec Risk programs
• Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding and Employee First Year Experience program
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and learning events
• Utilize organizational development theory, best practices, and approaches
