Strategic Operations

Dust is creating a new AI operating system that has the potential to change the way companies operate. The company is looking for a Strategic Operations professional to help drive, build, and enable the growth of the business. The role involves leading mission-critical, cross-functional efforts, delivering objective analysis and insights, incubating new functions, and executing on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or comparable roles in high-growth tech companies, and is comfortable with ambiguity and has hands-on experience building with AI tools.

Requirements

• Get a kick out of building and shipping – whether it's a new project, a dashboard, or an AI agent that solves a real problem
• Enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex, ambiguous projects that span multiple teams
• Have a proven track record for working collaboratively across teams and with external partners
• Be low ego and have a knack for working well with a wide range of people – from engineers to executives
• Excel in problem-solving and can think from first principles to find creative solutions
• Have a process-oriented mindset and a natural ability to organize people and projects to get things done
• Demonstrate good SQL and data analysis skills
• Be genuinely excited about AI and can envision how LLMs will transform how we work
• Have 2-4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or comparable roles in high-growth tech companies
• Have experience taking initiatives from conception to launch, whether in product, project management, or business operations
