GTM Engineer

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an Operations or Engineering role
• Technical fluency: Comfortable with multiple Saas tools, APIs & webhooks, automation platforms, and basic scripting
• AI at core: Excited to be at the forefront of how AI is transforming GTM strategies
• Business oriented: You understand sales processes, lead qualification, and want to attach your work with tangible commercial outcomes.
• Data-driven: You measure everything and optimize based on what the numbers tell you
• Scrappy & resourceful: You find creative solutions and aren't afraid to experiment
