Requirements

• Answer and redirect incoming calls, ensuring efficient communication with clients and team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and operational needs.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in good condition.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics for team events.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with clients and colleagues.
