Post-Licensure Student Success Coordinator

The position is for a Post-Licensure Student Success Coordinator at The Highlights, a University. This role will be responsible for managing clinical placements for nursing students, maintaining communication with external agencies, ensuring student experiences align with program needs, and contributing to departmental operations. The coordinator will work under the supervision of the DNP Associate Director and assist with program growth and student engagement.

Requirements

• BS in Nursing (preferred)
• MS in Nursing (preferred)
• RN Nursing License in Illinois
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with data analysis using Excel or other software
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• Proficiency using MS Office suite (Word, Excel)
• PeopleSoft
