Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team of 170 warehouse staff, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the warehousing functions and maintaining performance levels. This is a full-time position based in Milton Keynes, GB.

Requirements

• Operational management experience within a FMCG warehouse environment
• People management experience, the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Succession planning
• A broad understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies
• An understanding of engagement and motivational tools and techniques
• Experience in reviewing and driving KPI targets
• Budget and productivity management
• Knowledge of working to Health & Safety standards
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
