Product Design Lead, Systems & Practice

Create Music Group is building a modular, next-generation platform that powers the entire lifecycle of a modern record label. We're looking for a Product Design Lead, Systems & Practice to shape the systems, culture, and craft that make great design scalable. You'll combine deep design thinking, customer insight, and emerging AI capabilities to evolve our foundations and elevate design as a creative force across the company.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing and shipping complex products, platforms, or workflow systems
• Proven ability to build or evolve design systems that scale across multiple teams and products
• Deep understanding of design thinking and research, and the ability to turn insight into elegant, scalable solutions
• Passion for developing design practice and culture — from critique to craft to cross-functional collaboration
• Curiosity about AI in design and how emerging tools can unlock new ways of working
• Strong communication and influence skills; able to lead through craft, clarity, and collaboration rather than hierarchy
