Contracts Data Manager

Requirements

• Update Salesforce opportunities and related records to align with executed B2B and B2C agreements, ensuring financial terms, dates, and schedules are accurately reflected
• Perform regular data audits and clean-up of contract-related objects in Salesforce to maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Partner with Salesforce administrators and developers to add or adjust fields, validation rules, and workflows that support contract ingestion and lifecycle processes
• Generate and maintain recurring reports and dashboards (Salesforce and BI tools such as Looker) to monitor contract data quality, ingestion status, and operational KPIs
• Coordinate with label administrators and internal stakeholders to gather missing client, label, and contract information required for onboarding into Salesforce
• Support rollout of new data entry policies, standards, and SOPs across labels and internal teams to ensure consistent contract data practices
• Collaborate with Finance, Data Engineering, Business Affairs, and other teams to ensure that Salesforce contract data maps cleanly into our data lake and supports royalty payouts, forecasting, and reporting
• Track and support key operational metrics such as contract ingestion speed, metadata completeness, label onboarding time, and deal alignment in Salesforce
• Document processes, data models, and workflows related to contract data within Salesforce and shared knowledge bases
• Assist the Senior Contracts Data Manager in identifying process gaps and recommending improvements to tooling, automation, and documentation
