Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate who creates phenomenal customer service experiences and drives sales while making customers feel special. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a willingness to learn and train to sharpen skills and explore opportunities across the Cox family of businesses.

Requirements

• Explain and demonstrate product capabilities
• Meet or exceed targets regarding customer experience, sales, and retention
• Assist with the opening/closing of a store retail environment
• Properly handle cash
• Engage in workshops, special events, and product demos
• Support fellow sales agents when needed
• Continuously expand knowledge of current Cox products and competitor product offerings
