Site Selection Program Manager

CoreWeave is seeking a Site Selection Program Manager to support its global Site Selection organization. The role involves coordinating the full lifecycle of site selection activities, ensuring that data center opportunities progress efficiently from early market screening through lease execution and delivery readiness. The Site Selection Program Manager will play a central role in maintaining the speed, structure, and visibility of CoreWeave’s global site selection pipeline, aligning across multiple stakeholders and driving accountability across multiple concurrent deals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, site selection, infrastructure development, or related fields
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive strategic alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Proficiency utilizing CRM or pipeline management systems; experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly present updates, risks, and strategic recommendations.
• Capacity to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 70% of the time to fulfill essential job duties.
