Collections Manager

Corcentric is seeking a Collections Manager to join their global organization. The role involves managing a portfolio of high-volume commercial accounts, leading a team of collections professionals, and partnering with Sales, Customer Support, and senior leadership. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in credit & collections, strong organizational and leadership skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in credit & collections in a commercial, business-to-business (B2B) environment
• Strong organizational, team building and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization
• Excellent communication skills, ability to describe challenges and processing solutions in a concise manner
• A strong 'client service' mindset and the ability to use collaborative and non-adversarial approaches in building relationships
• Strong mentoring, coaching and professional development skills
• Multi-tasking capabilities and tolerance for a fast-paced environment
• The ability to stay organized, set priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel at an Intermediate level or above (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be professional, persuasive, and assertive while maintaining positive customer relationships
