Sales Manager

The Sales Manager at Crowne Plaza Muscat OCEC is responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in 5 star hotels.
• Strong knowledge of the local and regional market, including corporate and MICE segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
