Analyst Business Requirement Testing & Operations - G&E

Responsible for developing and documenting detailed business requirements and supporting documentation for new initiatives and the enhancement of existing functionality in assigned IHG applications. Manage project life cycles, including planning, development, testing, feedback and implementation for assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Two to five years progressive work-related experience in operations and/or systems analysis with demonstrated technical proficiency related to the position.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of departmental operations and business systems, problems and solutions, and processes related to IHG
• Effective analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Basic understanding of system hardware, software and ISP troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of AI.
