Specialist, Account Manager (Vietnamese Speaker)

We are looking for a Specialist, Account Manager (Thai Speaker) to join our team. The future team member will oversee the management of moderately complex client accounts and develop processes to ensure favorable relationships with clients, meeting their operational needs.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM required

• Demonstrated ability to make timely and sound decisions; make decisions under conditions of uncertainty or limited data; evaluate short- and long-term consequences
