The Senior Manager, HRIS is responsible for supporting and advancing usage of the core Human Capital Management system (Workday), defining and executing the HR Technology strategy and roadmap, and implementing systems and process improvements. The role requires 10 years of experience in multiple HRIS systems, including Workday, and 5 years of successful people management experience.
