People & Culture Business Partner

We are a global technology company looking for a People & Culture Business Partner for North America. As a key member of our HR team, you will drive HR excellence and provide day-to-day HR consulting and coaching to leaders and employees. You will also lead the implementation of People and Culture initiatives, programs, and projects, and collaborate with global teams to shape our organizational culture.

Requirements

• Day-to-day HR consulting and coaching to leaders and employees
• Leading the implementation of People and Culture initiatives, programs, and projects
• Collaborating with global teams to shape our organizational culture
• Providing guidance on goal setting, individual development plans, performance conversations, and managing performance concerns
• Coordinating performance and talent processes, including performance review cycles, calibrations, promotion discussions, and translation of engagement survey results
• Supporting annual salary review and bonus processes, and advising on offers, promotions, and pay adjustments
• Maintaining high data integrity across HR systems, and supporting core P&C metrics that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
• Identifying and implementing improvements to P&C processes, documentation, and SOPs, and promoting effective use of HR systems and self-service tools
• Supporting culture, DEIB initiatives, employee groups, and local inclusion efforts, and leading by example in reinforcing desired leadership and team behaviors
• Partnering with global People and Culture and Centers of Expertise to localize and implement global programs and represent North America needs and feedback in global forums and projects
• Building strong, credible relationships with leaders and employees by maintaining a regular in-office presence and serving as a visible, trusted, and solutions-focused P&C partner
