Office Coordinator

We are a global technology company that creates dynamic, smart, personalized, and engaging customer experiences. We're looking for an Office Coordinator to provide high-level customer service and support to our Sydney office crew.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist, administrator or in a similar office or events support role
• Strong background in customer service with proven ability to create positive and professional experiences for staff and guests
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Slack and other communication tools is preferred
