CEVA Logistics is seeking a Contract Manager to manage customer contracts and improve logistics operations. The role involves working with 2 customer contracts, managing teams, and improving customer relationships. The ideal candidate has experience in achieving SLAs/KPIs, setting up and managing budgets, and maintaining customer relationships.
Requirements
- HBO+/WO work and thinking level
- At least 5 years of management experience in logistics, within a warehouse and transport environment
- A team player with experience of close collaboration with the customer
- Experience with SLA's and KPI's driven work
- Excellent knowledge of logistics processes and experience with automated information systems
- Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
