Vice President, Infrastructure Application Support

CLS is a global FX ecosystem provider with a focus on improving safety, streamlining processes, and reducing systemic risk. They are seeking a VP of Infrastructure Application Support to provide operational support for CLS Linux/UNIX applications and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders. The role involves managing and escalating problems, implementing changes, and ensuring the BAU Service is prioritized. It is a B2B role with opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Strong experience supporting critical production applications in a Redhat Enterprise Linux, command line environment.
• Strong experience supporting applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience supporting IBM WebSphere MQ, Swift messaging applications.
• Ability to perform diagnostic and troubleshooting of AWS products such as EC2, Lambda, EKS, and ECR.
• Experience in working with Ticket systems such as Service Now.
• Strong experience in working with application packages from development through to production environments.
