
Job description
At Cloudbeds, we're looking for an Onboarding Coach to join our Customer Onboarding Team. The successful candidate will facilitate client onboarding, training, and ongoing support, and build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and promote product adoption. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of 5-star hospitality experience or relevant SaaS industry experience in a customer-facing role, and fluency in English. Recommended skills include project management certification.
