Strategy Business Partner (100% Remote)

ClearCaptions is a company that provides services and solutions for seniors and their caregivers. The company is looking for a Strategy Business Partner to lead the development and execution of the company's strategic plans.

Requirements

• Lead the development, communication, and execution of the company's strategic plans
• Define and prioritize strategy roadmaps and portfolios
• Oversee enterprise-wide implementation initiatives
• Identify project work based on resource skills, capacity, budget constraints, and business value
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation for strategic initiatives
• Communicate monthly to the executive team, updates to the strategy
• Drive executive-level reporting, board presentations, and strategic communications
• Manage vendor relationships, including MSA and SOWs
• Lead day-to-day strategy execution across business and technology teams
• Support agile transformation through value stream mapping and collaboration with PMO, Product, and Operations teams
