Squash Pro Instructor

The Squash Pro Instructor will provide quality instruction in an inclusive manner to customers of all ages and skill levels, ensuring a positive experience and implementing safety protocols. The instructor will educate customers on squash, act as a knowledgeable resource, and promote a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Requirements

• Plan and provide instruction and squash lessons for adults and youth
• Conduct a practical skills assessment on clients
• Create a safe and effective lesson plan
• Ensure adequate equipment supplies and proper storage and maintenance
• Manage challenging behaviors and provide first aid as required
• Provide quality customer service and act as a knowledgeable resource
• Hold an NCCP Level 1 Coaching Certification or equivalent
• Enrolled in or have a Secondary School Diploma and have a minimum of 1 year of experience coaching/instructing squash
• Hold a valid certificate for Emergency First Aid with CPR B
• Strong written and verbal skills and program leadership skills
