The Cashier is an initial-level position responsible for assisting in the execution of branch activities, including daily service provision that involves interacting with clients on transaction processing, in coordination with the Customer Service function.

Requirements

• Prestar services as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide a positive first impression from effective and friendly customer service.
• Carry out effective and accurate banking transactions, including the management of the branch's cash, the processing of incoming/outgoing cash deposits, and the maintenance of the branch's cash vault.
• Identify opportunities for referrals to new products and services based on client financial objectives.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service opportunities offered by Citi.
• Comply with bank policies, operational controls, and standard procedures to ensure client and bank asset security.
• Ensure that all client needs are met and client problems/issues are effectively managed, and if necessary, redirect problems to higher instances.
• Have good knowledge of client accounts and new products and services offered.
