Onboarding Specialist

Charter Impact empowers mission-driven organizations through personalized support in finance, operations, and business management. The Onboarding Specialist is the first point of contact for new charter school clients, guiding them through the implementation of accounting, payroll, and accounts payable systems, as well as compliance and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in charter school operations, business management, accounting, or client services
• Strong knowledge of charter school funding models, compliance requirements, and payroll practices preferred
