Head of Global Total Rewards & Benefits

ChargePoint is seeking a visionary Head of Global Total Rewards to lead and scale their global compensation, equity, benefits, and rewards programs. The role focuses on attracting, retaining, and engaging top talent across all countries, ensuring alignment with ChargePoint's values and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global compensation structures and be responsible for the overall compensation cycle.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Demonstrated experience managing global programs across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions
• Expertise in compensation frameworks, market benchmarking, equity stock administration, and benefits design
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills
• Strong financial acumen and comfort with modeling, analytics, and cost forecasting
• Strong background in regulatory compliance (SEC, proxy, equity reporting, GDPR, etc.), compensation surveys, and program audits
