Job description
We're looking for a Per Diem LPN to join our team at Cornerstone Hospice House in Clermont, FL. As a Per Diem LPN, you'll provide nursing interventions and teaching skills to maximize patient comfort and quality of life. You'll work under RN supervision and be responsible for tasks such as continuous care, dressing changes, and catheter changes.
