OAG - Constituent Affairs | Customer Service Rep I | 26-0216

The Constituent Affairs Division (CAD) is the OAG's interface with the public. The Customer Service Rep will respond to main OAG switchboard, mail tracking, routing agency correspondence and filing.

Requirements

• Respond to inquiries to the main OAG switchboard by providing information and referrals
• Assist with clerical tasks, reports, and other duties as assigned
• Maintain various internal tracking and filing systems
• Read and route agency correspondence; prepares outgoing mail, courier requests
• Greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and direct them to appropriate staff
• Perform related work as assigned
• Maintain relevant knowledge necessary to perform essential job functions
• Attend work regularly in compliance with agreed-upon work schedule
• Ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive and/or protected information
• Comply with all agency policies and procedures, including those pertaining to ethics and integrity
