Director of Operations - EU

CAI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional in Mission Critical industries as the Director of Operations (DOO) for CAI Mission Critical in the EU region. The DOO plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and efficiency across the continental region. You will oversee multiple geographic locations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Requirements

• BS in a science or engineering field or equivalent years’ experience
• 10 years or more of experience in Data Centre/Mission Critical Operations, Commissioning, or Facility Engineering / Facility Management
• 5 years or more of experience in Consulting or Professional Services
• Experience in one or more of the following: design reviews, facilities and equipment start-up walk downs & troubleshooting, HVAC, Medium/ Low voltage, LEED, facility auditing, Data Center/Mission Critical infrastructure, and Back-up/ UPS systems, test scripts, commissioning plans, Data Center/Mission Critical Basis of Design, Sequence of Operations, and Owner’s Project Requirements.
• Exceptional business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit, consisting of strong managerial and leadership skills and experience.
• A recognised leader in the Data Centre industry in the EU region.
