We're looking for a CEO & Co-Founder with deep real estate expertise and network to lead Roomli from first operations to institutional scale. Roomli is a venture that turns rent into ownership by letting people buy individual rooms in shared homes.

Requirements

• +8 years of experience in real estate
• Previous founder or co-founder experience in a startup
• Deep understanding of the Spanish real estate market
• Proven network in real estate
• Experience leading or building operational businesses
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience managing teams and driving cross-functional execution
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and early-stage environments
