Booting Enforcement Officer

The Booting Enforcement Officer is responsible for enforcing parking compliance by identifying and immobilizing scofflaw vehicles, coordinating towing activities, and managing the release process. This role also handles in-person customer payments, performs daily cash reconciliation, and provides professional, courteous service in potentially escalated situations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required
• Prior experience in handling payments preferred
• Experience in parking enforcement helpful
• Experience in law enforcement preferred
• Security experience preferred
• Loss prevention experience preferred
• Code enforcement experience preferred
• Experience with auto-process preferred
• Experience handling Cash & Credit Card Transactions preferred
• Must have the ability to perform basic mathematics
• Must have Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook required
• Must have basic computer skills
• Valid Driver’s License required
