Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Customer Success at an ambitious B2B SaaS company OR in management consulting (Strategy, Inhouse, Boutique, IT).
• Consultative Mindset: You challenge the status quo and seek the best solution for the customer's business.
• Sales & Process Affinity: You enjoy sales topics and understand how modern sales organizations work (or have the drive to learn).
• Impact Orientation: Taking responsibility for high revenue (externally for customers as well as internally through retention/upsell) motivates you.
• Communication & Presence: Outstanding presentation skills in German and English to confidently articulate complex value propositions to C-level stakeholders.
• Willingness to Travel: You enjoy conducting customer workshops and on-boardings on-site to strengthen personal relationships.
• Language: Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement.
