The role of Training Specialist involves managing, creating, growing, and maintaining learning and development activities across multiple projects and contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and developing strategy and policy to support the planning, management, and delivery of complex secure training interventions. The role requires technical currentness and competence in a wide range of technologies, including designing and delivering training using the latest training technology.
Requirements
- Collaborative working across different areas of the business in virtual teams
- Define/develop strategy/policy that supports the planning, management, administration, design & development and delivery of complex secure and bespoke training interventions/solutions/programmes
- Create all technical documentation to support all L&D activities specifically across the managed service
- Determination of the strategy to fulfil the contractual obligations to train customer personnel
- Experience of working in the technical space and/or Telco Industries - MANDATORY
- Experience of implementing and running highly complex secure training programmes – MANDATORY
- Experience of writing technical training bids and execution of training across secure programmes – MANDATORY
- Working across several high-profile stakeholders - MANDATORY
- Management of BT Security Policy, Assurance and Compliance – MANDATORY
- Management of HM Government Security Policy, Assurance and Compliance – MANDATORY
