Part-Time Coaching Specialist

Braven is hiring a part-time Coaching Specialist who will be a critical part of the Accelerator's success, directly influencing the professional growth of our volunteer Leadership Coaches (LCs) and, by extension, the Fellows they mentor. The role involves coaching and developing the facilitation skillset of LCs, attending learning labs, providing quality control, and tracking LC progress and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrated experience in teaching, instructional coaching, facilitation, or adult learning.
• Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback and build trusting relationships quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to support and mentor volunteers and facilitators, including those with significantly more experience or seniority.
• Commitment to Braven’s mission and to supporting underrepresented college students’ success.
