Job description
We are hiring a part-time Coaching Specialist to work with volunteer Leadership Coaches and support their professional growth. The role involves coaching, observation, and providing expert guidance to help LCs master their craft and become effective leaders. The Coaching Specialist will report directly to the Associate Director of Academic Success and will be a critical part of the Accelerator's success.
