
Job description
The Program Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of the math tutoring program across partner schools in Yuma County, Arizona. This is a hybrid position based in Yuma County, Arizona, requiring the incumbent to reside in Yuma County and be available for travel to partner school sites every 4 to 6 weeks and as needed.
The Program Coordinator will assist with ensuring accurate program records, prepare stakeholder reports, support communication and coordination with school partners, and escalate operational issues or concerns to program leadership as appropriate.
This role requires a detail-oriented and mission-driven individual with strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
