
Job description
As a Materials & Processes (M&P) Sr Engineer, you will be responsible for several aspects of welding engineering for various spaceflight systems, including providing environment definition and guidance for compliance with space environment effects to hardware owners. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for radiation environment and work with hardware owners to address, design, and test as needed. The role requires a minimum of a B.S. degree in Aerospace, Material Science, Mechanical, or related field and 10+ years of demonstrated Space environments experience on a production flight or space program. The salary range for CA applicants is $145,188.00 - $203,263.20, CO applicants is $133,500.00 - $186,898.95, and WA applicants is $145,188.00 - $203,263.20.
