Mechanical Engineering Intern, Hot Box

This is a 10-week internship starting June 8 or 15 and is fully on-site at the listed office location. Bloom Energy is a solid oxide fuel cell company that is looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern for their world class Hot Box Engineering team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Must be graduating between spring 2026 and summer 2027
• CAD modeling experience (Solidworks preferred)
• Understanding of engineering principles
• Understanding of heat transfer and fluid mechanics
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated and a self-starter
• Strong GD&T Fundamentals
• Experience in sheet metal forming
• Experience in brazing
