Kaizen Coordinator

We are looking for a Kaizen Coordinator to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to Manufacturing Manager and be based in Fremont, CA. The role involves leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S methodologies.

Requirements

• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S methodologies
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops, Gemba walks, and process improvement events on the production floor
• Analyze current-state processes, identify waste, and implement sustainable process improvements
• Implement and sustain 5S standards through daily audits and competitions
• Create and maintain value stream maps to improve material and process flow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, logistics, and engineering
• Track and report key performance metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
• Build and assemble parts as needed to support manufacturing operations
• Engage employees at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement
