Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Manage the operational execution of the value streams with overall responsibility for production execution and shipping/receiving to safely deliver quality products, on-time, while minimizing costs. Lead staff to achieve all safety, quality, productivity, customer service and cost targets.

Requirements

• Comply with and lead all requirements of Blommer health & safety policies and procedures as well as all federal and government regulations
• Plan, direct and coordinate value stream activities ensuring work assignments are accomplished meet production goals and scheduling demand
• Provide guidance and training to ensure company policies and procedures, including safety, HAACP, GMP, allergens, are complied with and that plant work rules are enforced
