Vice President Customers

The Vice President of Walmart Customer Team is responsible for the profitable growth of Bimbo USA interests throughout the United States and is expected to design, develop, and execute the Walmart Customer strategy and vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing, MBA preferred.
• 10-12 years management experience, including time in a VP Level Role, in all aspects of Food/Beverages sales, planning or relevant responsibilities in comparable industry.
• Experience leading salaried associates with team responsibility.
• Exceptional knowledge and history of accomplishments in sales and customer roles.
• Proven track record of effective leadership including people development.
• Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
• Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are required, strong technology aptitude.
• Ability to travel 50%.
