Job Description
BILL is seeking a Lead Product Designer to re-imagine the core AP product flows for Small, Medium, and Lower Midmarket businesses. The role involves leading product vision, collaborating with engineers and product managers, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a fast-paced, innovative role within a rapidly growing Fintech company.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer-centric web product design, especially in Fintech, AI products, or complex problem spaces.
- Extensive experience with XFN partners (PM, Engineers, Data analysis, Research, Content, Marketing, Sales, Customer experience).
- Strong experience in shipping digital products to a large customer base and data communication.
- Experience in interaction design, visual design, presentation, and communication.
- Passion for elevating design craft and a drive to raise the bar for design.
