
Job description
We're building a teaching hospital for pediatric therapy, driving excellence in outcomes, developing clinicians, building payer trust, and embedding systems across what we do. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll be part of a passionate, empathetic, and supportive team. You'll work with clients, parents, and caregivers to develop and implement treatment plans, conduct parent training, and ensure client programming is ethical and individualized.
Your main responsibilities will include meeting prescription fulfillment goals, conducting parent training and caregiver collaboration, maintaining relationships with parents, designing and implementing treatment plans, and overseeing ABA programs. You'll also be responsible for supervising behavior technicians, keeping up to date on current research and best practices, and promoting Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
This role is a great fit for someone who is passionate about working with children with autism, has strong clinical experience, and is able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
