As the Senior Social Media Manager, you'll develop and execute a global social media strategy, create engaging content, and manage social media metrics to drive business outcomes and meaningful interactions with audiences.
Requirements
- 6+ years proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Experience managing global b2b brands and executing social strategies for multiple countries and audience segments
- Digital native understanding of trends, engagement best practices and content expertise
- Extensive experience in creative development, brief development and collaboration with creative teams/agencies
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, tiktok)
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Canva)
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize social media campaigns
- Ability to translate results and insights into strategy
- Passion for social impact and a desire to contribute to a meaningful cause
