Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS business and sales development
• Proven track record of driving pipeline through strategic outbound and inbound prospecting efforts
• Global team management experience
• Strategic expertise in developing and executing long-term strategies
• Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing BDR teams
• Pipeline optimization skills
• Collaborative approach to working with marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams
